IT Systems Support Analyst

Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group is growing, and we’re opening new clubs across the UK & Europe. We’re seeking an IT Systems Support Analyst to join our team in Hatfield, supporting our dynamic and customer-focused environment.

About the Role

You will provide first-line and second-line IT support for applications, infrastructure, and data services, ensuring our operations run smoothly at David Lloyd Clubs.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Resolving all incidents, changes, or problems with IT systems across multiple clubs and sites.
  • Collaborating with vendors to meet agreed service levels for incident resolution.
  • Proactively identifying recurring or potential service issues and reducing downtime.
  • Assisting with IT change management, including testing and go-live procedures for new systems.
  • Supporting supplier management and ensuring smooth operations with external partners.
  • Assisting with IT infrastructure maintenance, including Active Directory, Citrix, SQL Server, web applications, SD-WAN, and Azure.

This is an office-based role at our Hatfield Club Support office, with some travel required to clubs and meetings. A full UK driver’s licence is preferred due to travel needs. Mon-Fri working, with ad hoc on-call coverage for evenings and weekends (paid).

About You – Key Requirements

  • Experience in an outsourced fully managed IT service environment
  • Multi-site business experience, including knowledge of:
    • Active Directory, Citrix, SQL Server, web applications, SD-WAN, Azure
  • Advanced incident management skills, with strong ability to:
    • Manage stakeholder expectations
    • Communicate effectively (written and verbal)
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft-based environments, especially:
    • Windows 10/11
    • Office 365
  • Ability to use IT ticketing systems (e.g., SysAid, ServiceNow)
  • Excellent communication skills & telephone manner
