The IT Systems Trainer Job

An innovative and forward-thinking professional services firm is looking to appoint an IT Systems Trainer to join its growing Technology team.

This is far more than a traditional training role. You'll play a key part in helping colleagues embrace technology, improve the way they work, and maximize the value of the firm's digital systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering engaging training programs across a range of business-critical IT systems
  • Developing user guides, video tutorials, e-learning content, and other learning resources
  • Delivering onboarding and induction training for new employees
  • Supporting software upgrades, new system implementations, and digital transformation projects
  • Delivering workshops, virtual training sessions, and one-to-one coaching
  • Working closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs and improve user adoption
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs and continually enhancing learning content
  • Championing technology best practice and encouraging colleagues to embrace new digital solutions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
