Are you a Qualified IT Teacher seeking a better work:life balance or a new professional direction? Whether you require the absolute autonomy of day:to:day supply or prefer the consistency of a dedicated long:term placement, we offer excellent opportunities tailored to your individual requirements.

We are currently partnering with an established portfolio of secondary schools and academies throughout Kings Lynn and the wider Norfolk area. We are seeking enthusiastic, qualified IT specialists to deliver high:quality, engaging practical and theoretical lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

This framework is ideal for accomplished educators looking to step away from the administrative burdens of full:time classroom ownership, as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs) aiming to sharpen their instructional skills and build diverse experience across different departmental teams.

Engagement Options

  • Day:to:Day Cover: Maintain complete control over your professional calendar. Select your working days on a weekly basis to seamlessly accommodate personal commitments, further studies, or lifestyle preferences. This route offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to different secondary settings.
  • Long:Term Opportunities: For teachers seeking contractual continuity, we manage fixed:term assignments spanning a term or a full academic year (covering maternity leave, long:term absence, or interim vacancies). This allows you to integrate fully into a local IT/Computing department, manage technical classrooms, and effectively guide your students GCSE or vocational progress.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
