Deliver high-quality, hands on IT support.
Join us as an IT Technology Deployment Assistant on a 12-month fixed term contract using installation instructions and tools to install, deploy, configure and maintain hardware components. You’ll participate in testing activities using scripts and create an accurate register of assets. You’ll also provide resolutions for faults and deliver excellent customer service.
You’ll be
- Undertaking the implementation, management and support of IT hardware and software.
- Assisting with the updates of operating systems.
- Monitoring, detecting and escalating potential security threats.
You must have
- Experience deploying, supporting and managing hardware and software components.
- Previously investigated and managed known hardware and associated software incidents.
- Customer service experience providing high-quality services and care.
