🚨Deliver high-quality, hands on IT support🚨
Join us as an IT Technology Deployment Assistant and use installation instructions/tools to install, deploy, configure, and maintain hardware components. You’ll participate in testing activities using scripts and create an accurate register of assets. You’ll also provide resolutions for faults and deliver excellent customer service.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
You’ll be
- Undertaking the implementation, management, and support of IT hardware and software.
- Assisting with the updates of operating systems.
- Monitoring, detecting, and escalating potential security threats.

You must have
- Experience deploying, supporting, and managing hardware and software components.
- Previously investigated and managed known hardware and associated software incidents.
- Customer service experience providing high-quality services and care.
