IT Transformation Manager - 9 months FTC
IT Transformation Manager (9-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: London/Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office, based on business requirements)
Salary: £87,500 - £92,500 per annum (full-time equivalent, FTE)

About the Role
Are you ready to lead a game-changing move that reshapes how we work across the entire organisation?
Which? is seeking an IT Transformation Manager to spearhead the transition from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. This 9-month fixed term contract requires you to unite teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver a smooth migration.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the principal technical contact for this transformation, collaborating with supporters and partners.
- Work alongside the project sponsor to monitor success while personally leading the technical aspects of the project.
- Build trusted relationships with suppliers, internal IT teams, change managers, and project managers.
- Deliver all technical work needed for a seamless transition to Microsoft 365, identifying solutions, mitigating risks, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Ensure everyone—from IT colleagues to technical risks—is understood, transparent, and aligned with progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution of the Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration, ensuring high quality and minimal disruption during transition.
- Collaborate with suppliers, IT teams, and project managers, effectively updating stakeholders on technical needs, risks, and progress.
- Oversee Microsoft 365 deployment, guaranteeing alignment with Which?’s policies, standards, and security requirements.
- Proactively identify technical risks and communicate them to the project manager and relevant team.
- Support preparedness efforts and user training, assisting during the changeover.

About You
We seek a seasoned professional with: ✔ Strong experience managing large-scale IT transformations at the enterprise level. ✔ Proven ability to collaborate with suppliers and teams across diverse functions. ✔ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, including setup expertise for large organisations. ✔ Organisational skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. ✔ Strong relationship-building, diplomacy, and stakeholder coordination skills. ✔ Experience delivering shared objectives through cross-disciplinary teams.

- Virtual meeting with the Head of PMO and the Head of IT & Corporate Systems.
- Virtual meeting with the Chief Product & Technology Officer.
