Job Description
IT Workplace Support Analyst (m/f/d)
IN SHORT
We’re looking for someone enthusiastic about starting their IT career to join our IT team in Manchester. This is a full-time, on-site role, so you’ll be right at the heart of the action every day. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team making sure everything runs smoothly for colleagues across SEFE. Expect plenty of hands-on experience helping people with hardware, software, and network issues, and the chance to learn from experienced IT professionals as you go. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s studied IT or is ready to take their first step into the industry. If you enjoy problem-solving, like working with people, and want to build real experience in a busy workplace, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a six-month fixed-term position designed to give you valuable real-world IT support experience.
What Will You Do
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person helping colleagues with their everyday IT issues. You’ll troubleshoot problems, provide friendly and professional support, and make sure requests are resolved on time. You’ll also get involved in improving how we work, supporting IT projects, and keeping our systems running smoothly.
You’ll help with general IT admin tasks, follow best-practice processes (like ITIL), and make sure we stay compliant with company policies. We’re looking for someone flexible, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering great customer service.
What Will You Bring
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
