Responsibilities

Italian-Speaking Group Series Coordinator

Location: Edinburgh

Hybrid work after probation

Salary: between £28,000 and £33,000 per annum depending on experience

Ref: 5532I

Main duties: Manage and coordinate Italian group travel programmes from confirmation through to completion, ensuring all services, suppliers, and client requirements are delivered accurately and efficiently.

The Role

  • Creating and preparing itineraries, quotations, and costings for group tours.
  • Managing group bookings from confirmation through to completion.
  • Handling all group booking administration, including amendments, cancellations, rooming lists, and travel documentation.
  • Ensuring tours run smoothly by coordinating with clients and processing requests accurately and on time.
  • Negotiating rates and terms with suppliers while maintaining quality and budget.
  • Processing invoices and supporting payment administration.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Candidate's Profile

  • Fluent in Italian essential.
  • Previous experience in travel, tour operations, or a DMC would be preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Scotland and the UK as a travel destination.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and ability to multi-task.
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as take initiatives.
