- Manage and coordinate Italian group travel programmes from confirmation through to completion, ensuring all services, suppliers and client requirements are delivered accurately and efficiently.
The role:
- Creating and preparing itineraries, quotations and costings for group tours.
- Managing group bookings from confirmation through to completion
- Handling all group booking administration, including amendments, cancellations, rooming lists and travel documentation
- Ensuring tours run smoothly by coordinating with clients and processing requests accurately and on time
- Negotiating rates and terms with suppliers while maintaining quality and budget
- Processing invoices and supporting payment administration
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

The candidate:
- Fluent in Italian essential
- Previous experience in travel, tour operations or a DMC would be preferred
- Good knowledge of Scotland and the UK as a travel destination.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Proactive, dynamic and ability to multi task
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives.
