Are you a seasoned security expert with a passion for ensuring trust and enabling successful partnerships? We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled professional to join a pivotal team, where you will directly influence customer confidence and drive strategic growth. In this role, your expertise will be critical in communicating the robust security posture of our innovative platforms, directly supporting sales initiatives, and safeguarding our customers' digital environments. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your deep security knowledge to make a significant impact on customer relationships and the adoption of transformative technologies.
This is a short-term contract lasting until 30th September 2026 (with potential to extend until the end of the year), offering compensation of up to £374.95 per day for full-time (40 hours/week) PAYE work. The role will be based in Staines with mostly remote working.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted security advisor, directly supporting sales teams by addressing prospect and customer inquiries related to security
- Lead responses to complex security questionnaires, translating technical details into clear, concise, and reassuring answers
- Contribute strategically to messaging and positioning of the Security Office, enhancing our reputation for security excellence
- Act as an authoritative source on security matters, guiding both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to achieve shared objectives
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience & Skills
- Fluency in both English and Italian
- Experience in Information Technology (IT), specifically in Cloud Security
- Solid understanding of security, risk, and compliance topics, including concerns related to:
- Artificial Intelligence solutions
- Agentic AI and Generative AI implementations
- Proven experience with Cloud Operations (either as a customer or provider)
- Expertise in enterprise cyber defence techniques
- Internet security protocols and technologies expertise
- Strong grasp of the sales life cycle
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and excel with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to be an excellent collaborator and teammate

Nice-to-Have Experience & Skills
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CSSP, CEH, or equivalent
- ITIL and ITSM frameworks familiarity
- Presentations experience (ias this skill can be further developed on the job)
