Main duties:
An amazing opportunity to be responsible for managing logistics and customer service in Italy, making sure travel operations run smoothly and customers are well supported. The role involves working with local partners, coordinating with internal teams and solving customer problems.
The role:
- Act as the first point of contact for suppliers, partners and UK based teams
- Liaise with suppliers including hotels, coach companies and other service providers
- Resolve and address any issues that may arise during organised trips
- Confirm and manage itineraries, bookings, services and accommodation
- Ensure all accommodations and activities meet with health and safety standards
- Be responsible for supplier rate negotiation
- Facilitate communication between travel coordinator and supplier ensuring outstanding service is provided
- Travel to Italy during peak season

The candidate:
- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) essential
- Experience working in the travel industry - especially ski group travel beneficial
- Experience and a passion for skiing required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, problem solver and comfortable working independently
- IT literate
- Willing to travel to Italy
The salary:
up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
