The Role
Fixed Term opportunity until 31st December 2026*
Are you an organised, proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy keeping things running smoothly, building great relationships, and making a real difference behind the scenes?
At IC24, we're looking for an IUC Administrator to become a vital part of our Operations team, helping to coordinate and support services that deliver urgent healthcare to thousands of patients every day.
As an IUC Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operational success, providing crucial support to management teams and ensuring our urgent care services have the right people in the right place at the right time
Your Role Will Include
- Coordinating and maintaining clinical and non-clinical staff rosters
- Supporting payroll processes, timesheets, and shift payments
- Managing annual leave, absences, and rota changes
- Ensuring compliance records and documentation are maintained accurately
- Producing reports and supporting quality and contractual requirements
- Building strong working relationships across multiple teams and services
- Delivering first-class administrative support to operational leaders
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
- Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- An excellent communicator who builds positive working relationships
- Confident using spreadsheets, reports, and administrative systems
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Experienced in a busy office or administration environment

Ideally, You'll Have
- Previous administration or office-based experience
- Experience managing data, reports, and customer interactions
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- A positive, flexible, and team-focused approach
