IV Outreach Clinic Lead

Job Overview

Are you a registered nurse with vision, drive, and endless enthusiasm? Do you thrive on change and a challenge? Then come and join the IV Suite team, a dynamic, proactive, and progressive unit with a commitment to making a difference for our patients.

You will be a key point of contact for patients throughout their care. We have a number of career opportunities for both newly qualified and experienced registrants—NMC registrants—who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a friendly, professional setting.

Main Duties of the Job

The post holder will be responsible for:

  • The assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based nursing care.
  • Working collaboratively and cooperatively with other members of the team.
  • Being motivated to meet the needs of patients and their families and developing valuable relationships.

Clinically, you’ll:

  • Be supported to become competent in connecting and disconnecting parental nutrition.
  • Receive training to maintain infection control at all times.
  • Empower patients to feel comfortable managing their own care (where possible).
  • Liaise with your team to share ideas on best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
