Job Overview
Are you a registered nurse with vision, drive and endless enthusiasm? Do you thrive on change and a challenge? Then come and join the IV Suite team, which is dynamic, proactive and progressive unit with a commitment to making a difference for our patients.
You will be a key point of contact for patients throughout their care. We have a number of career opportunities for both newly qualified and experienced registrants and who hold an NMC, who are passionate about delivering high quality, patient centered care in a friendly professional setting.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care. In addition to working collaboratively and co-operatively with other members of the team, the post holder will be motivated to meet the needs of patients and their families and developing a valuable relationship.
Clinically, you'll be supported to become competent in connecting and disconnecting parental nutrition and receive training to maintain infection control at all times. You will empower patients to feel comfortable in managing their own care (where possible). You will liaise with your team to share ideas on best practices.

Experience

- Pre-registration evidence in direct nursing care
- Experience of providing holistic nursing care
- Interest in developing nursing skills
