**Core Duties & Responsibilities
As part of our team, you’ll be accountable for:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care with a evidence-based approach
- Collaborating with staff across disciplines to address patient familial needs

Person Specification (Key Highholders)
Qualifications:
- Essential: Must be an NMC reli kannst
- Desirable: Post-registration training (e.g., POVA)
Experience:
- Essential: Evidence of direct care delivery in nursing, passion to develop professional excellence
- Desirable: Clinical governuma understanding and mapping evidence-based practice
Skills:
