About the Role
We are looking for a Consultant in IVF and Reproductive Medicine to join our team at CREATE Fertility in Wilmslow, Manchester. This is an opportunity to join an established and highly experienced multidisciplinary team where clinical excellence, collaboration and patient care are at the heart of everything we do. You will manage your own patients throughout their fertility journey, providing expert clinical care from initial consultation through to treatment completion. Alongside delivering outstanding patient outcomes, you will contribute to the continued growth and development of the clinic through clinical governance, quality improvement, research and teaching activities.

Responsibilities
- Independently managing fertility patients throughout their treatment journey
- Conducting consultations, treatment planning and transvaginal ultrasound assessments
- Performing egg collections, embryo transfers and other fertility procedures
- Working closely with nursing, embryology and operational teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Participating in weekend, bank holiday and on-call rotas
- Supporting clinical governance, audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Contributing to research, teaching and service development activities
- Ensuring compliance with HFEA and all relevant regulatory standards
- Supporting patient engagement and educational events where required
Qualifications
- Full GMC registration with a current licence to practise in the UK
- MRCOG (or equivalent recognised specialist qualification)
- Proven experience within reproductive medicine and fertility treatment
- Competency in transvaginal ultrasound scanning
- Experience performing fertility procedures including egg collection and embryo transfer
Required Skills
You will be a clinician who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills, professionalism and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. You should enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and be confident managing patients independently in a busy fertility environment.

Please note that applicants must already hold GMC registration and a current licence to practise in the UK. We are seeking a Consultant who can commence employment following completion of their contractual notice period. Applications from candidates who do not yet hold the required GMC registration and licence to practise are unlikely to be suitable for this position.
