The Role
We are recruiting an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team within a busy, high-performing fertility clinic based in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinical leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while supporting and developing a multidisciplinary nursing team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice, patient experience, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong fertility experience, excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to inspire and motivate others in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Requirements
- Must be UK-based.
- Registered Nurse (NMC).
- Previous experience within fertility/IVF services.
- Qualified and experienced in ultrasound monitoring.
- Previous leadership or management experience within a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of clinic performance.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to lead, mentor and support a multidisciplinary nursing team.
- High attention to detail with excellent clinical governance awareness.
- Strong IT and administrative skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, patient-focused environment.

- Independent Prescriber qualification (not essential but would be an advantage).
