Jaguar Land Rover Dedicated Technician – Drive Prestige, Deliver Excellence

About the Role

Be part of Jaguar Land Rover and The AA, where innovation meets elite customer service. As a Dedicated Technician, you’ll uphold two legendary brands by delivering world-class support and repairs—technical expertise paired with outstanding care for every customer.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide prestige roadside support for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles, using manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostics
  • Take complete customer ownership—from first arrival to completion of repairs
  • Combine technical skill with exceptional communication to ensure satisfaction every time
  • Handle warranty, roadside diagnostics, and advanced repairs across both brands
  • Drive to and from jobs entirely in a fully equipped JLR van, complete with tools and uniform
  • Flexible hours (40 hrs/week between 7am–9pm) including standby shifts tailored to your availability

Who You Are

  • Qualified: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Attitude: Confident, self-reliant, and deeply customer-centric
  • Licence: Valid UK Cat B licence (no disruption to driver status)
