A leading international bank is seeking a Japanese Speaking Cash Management Sales - Vice President to drive transaction banking growth across Japanese corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and grow cash management business across payments, liquidity, receivables, and treasury solutions.
- Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts.
- Lead client meetings, solution proposals, pricing discussions, and RFPs.
- Partner with Relationship Managers and Product teams to deliver tailored transaction banking solutions.
- Achieve revenue and business development targets.

Requirements:
- Native level Japanese language skills
- Experience in Cash Management Sales, Transaction Banking Sales, or Treasury Services within a bank.
- Strong knowledge of payments, liquidity management, and treasury solutions.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
While the role is primarily expected to be based in London, there may be an opportunity for the successful candidate to be located in another major financial centre within the EU. We would be pleased to discuss this further depending on individual circumstances.
