An international financial institution is looking for a Japanese-speaking Corporate Finance Officer.
Responsibilities
- Carry out other tasks as requested by managers.
- Report swiftly and effectively to managers, seeking guidance on next steps.
- Support managers and conduct team activities based on instructions, taking on operational responsibilities as required.
- Assist other staff in fulfilling the department’s mission.
- Support the expansion and development of the bank’s corporate business with existing and new EMEA Corporate/Fund clients, leveraging the bank’s products and services.
- Conduct risk analysis, credit applications, and documentation for credit facilities and deposits.
- Collaborate closely with relevant Head Office departments for business promotion.
- Assist in proposing medium-term, annual, and semi-annual business plans, helping to achieve allocated targets from Head Office.
- Champion the introduction of new concepts in areas such as:
- Credit-related business
- Deposit business
- Asset management
- Risk management
- Portfolio management
- Perform monitoring and self-assessment of assets.

Requirements
- Good educational background, preferably a degree-level qualification.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, with Japanese fluency desirable.
- Previous years of experience in a banking environment.
- Strong communication skills when interacting with clients, seniors, and peers.
