What you will do:

Handle tickets, following support procedures and policies Communicate with customers via chat & e-mail, following support procedures and policies Follow specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution and closure Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses Follow company and client procedures and guidelines

You bring

Fluent Japanese + good English communication skills Strong attention to detail Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability Comfort with unexpected changes or last-minute requests Experience in Customer Support or working with Customer is a big plus A positive mindset and interest in building an international career
