欧州の日系企業を中心に、人事DXおよび業務改革プロジェクトを推進するコンサルタントを募集しています。
従来の導入案件だけでなく、顧客の課題整理、構想策定、業務改革、人事システム導入支援まで一貫して関与いただきます。
特定ソリューションありきではなく、顧客の経営課題・人事課題に向き合いながら最適なアプローチを提案できる方を求めています。
業務内容
- 人事DX・人事システム導入プロジェクトの推進
- 人事業務改革(BPR)および業務効率化支援
- 構想策定、要件定義、PMO業務
- 顧客の経営課題・人事課題の分析および解決策提案
- システム導入・定着化支援
- 新規案件創出およびクライアントリレーション構築
- 人事領域以外の業務改革・DX案件への参画機会あり

- PMO経験
