Japanese Speaking Logistic Officer & Sales Admin - Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate logistics operations
- Issue invoices and related documents
- Communicate with freight forwarders, transport companies, warehouses, factories, and customers via email and telephone
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations
- Assist with a wide range of tasks beyond core responsibilities as part of a small team

Japanese Speaking Logistic Officer & Sales Admin - Requirements:
- Experience working for a freight forwarding company is highly desirable
- Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export administration
- Advanced Excel skills (including the ability to use IF functions)
- Native-level Japanese and advanced English proficiency
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
