About the Role
A dynamic opportunity for a Japanese-speaking Logistic Officer & Sales Admin to join a fast-paced logistics team in South London. This role requires excellent organisational skills, fluency in Japanese, and proficiency in English, with a focus on logistics coordination and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate logistics operations
- Issue invoices and related documents
- Communicate with freight forwarders, transport companies, warehouses, factories, and customers via email and telephone
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations
- Assist with a wide range of additional tasks beyond core responsibilities within a collaborative team environment

Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Highly desirable: Experience working for a freight forwarding company
- Preferred: Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export administration
- Essential technical skills: Advanced Excel (including IF functions)
- Languages:
- Native-level Japanese
- Advanced English proficiency
- Soft skills:
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
