給料：経験に応じて£50-55Kレベル
雇用形態：当初半年間は契約社員（その後はパフォーマンスに応じて延長）
勤務時間：9時00分から17時00分
職務内容
- 各種プロジェクトに関する資料作成やデータ分析など、プロジェクト遂行におけるサポート業務全般（Excel・PowerPointを使用）
- プロジェクトの進捗管理および関係部署との連携
- 外部ベンダーやコンサルティング会社との英語でのコミュニケーション
- 社内外ミーティングへの参加および会議後のフォローアップ
- 部署の進捗状況に関する定期的なモニタリング
- スケジュール管理
- 日本本社および国内外の関係部署とのリエゾン業務
- その他アドホックな事務・運営サポート

応募要件
- 銀行または証券会社における企画業務の経験
- 日系企業または日本国内での勤務経験3年以上
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人折衝能力
- 高い正確性を持ち、期限を遵守して業務を遂行できる方
- MS Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）の実務使用経験
- オンラインでの文書・情報管理に慣れている方
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力および英語力
- チームワークを重視し、主体的に業務へ取り組める方
