Job Summary
Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Java Frameworks to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java Spring and SpringBoot.
Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices leveraging Spring and SpringBoot frameworks.
- Build scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend systems as part of a microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and reliability across diverse business domains.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes to maintain code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in Java microservices development.
- Work with cloud platforms and containerization technologies to deploy and manage applications.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Java microservices aligned with business needs.
- Lead development efforts focusing on code quality, scalability, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment, monitoring, and incident management.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze system performance and optimize microservices for efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and organizational policies.
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
