A role you will love
You will work collaboratively within our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable software solutions across a portfolio of applications and supporting frameworks that deliver business value and meet stakeholder expectations while building on the sustainability of those solutions.
We are currently building out solutions that cover various geographies around the globe. We have completed our first region in Europe, and are now moving onto Australia, the US and Asia. This means that there are some great opportunities to be involved in an exciting, high-profile project in which you’ll have the chance to collaborate with colleagues all over the world.

Some key responsibilities:
- Proactively build your technical skills and support colleagues in designing, building, testing, and deploying changes that deliver value while avoiding technical debt.
- Apply standards, policies, and best practices to work effectively both independently and with stakeholders.
- Uphold quality by delivering high-standard work and supporting others to produce maintainable, compliant software.
- Assist in resolving technical challenges and blockers to minimize delivery impact.
- Support continuous improvement and innovation to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences to share ideas, provide updates, influence, and incorporate feedback.
What will you bring to the role?
This is a truly collaborative environment, so the passion to work closely with colleagues to embrace and share ideas will be paramount.
You will be working with stakeholders across the wider technology teams and business, so communication will be key. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships with people from both a technical and non-technical background.
We are always looking to innovate, so you will be a curious individual who is keen to investigate new ways of working and grasp new concepts.
Technology; Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Strong Java experience, ideally across Unix/Linux, enterprise stacks (e.g. JMS, Tomcat), Spring, Hibernate, and SQL
- Detail-oriented with strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and deliver innovative solutions
- Curious, continuous learner who quickly grasps new concepts
- Collaborates with senior engineers to deliver software changes
- Strong communicator who builds relationships and shares ideas effectively
- Resilient, with a strong work ethic and ability to manage competing priorities
