About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Henderson Scott. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client needs to sourcing and screening candidates, and facilitating successful placements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the technology sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully filling technical roles. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading organizations, develop your professional network, and contribute to the growth of a reputable recruitment firm. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology recruitment or a related field
- Strong understanding of various technology disciplines, including software development, cybersecurity, data science, and cloud computing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and demonstrate a proactive approach
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, providing timely feedback and updates
- Negotiate job offers and employment terms to facilitate successful placements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the CRM system
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks to advise clients effectively
- Participate in business development activities to expand the client base and increase recruitment opportunities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, fostering long-term relationships
