About the Rol eJoin the FIC Sales Technology team within Deutsche Bank’s Client 360 Technology group. As a Software Engineer, you will be a hands‑on contributor building modern UI components, backend services, and data-driven features that directly support our Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) sales organisation .You will work across core application components and platform capabilities, contributing to systems used directly by front-office teams. The platform continues to evolve, including the introduction of AI-related capabilities over time, and you may have opportunities to contribute to these areas depending on team priorities .We are looking for an ambitious engineer with strong technical skills and a genuine interest in the FIC business. You will contribute to shaping technical solutions over time while delivering high-quality software in a front-office environment

Your Skills and Experie nceStrong engineering background delivering complex software in fast-paced environments, with a solid grounding in Object-Oriented and/or Functional programming, and proven use of XP/agile practices including TDD, acceptance testing, pair programming, and continuous integrati on.Proficiency in Java or Kotlin, and familiarity with building modern web applications using Typescript and Rea ct.Experience applying iterative development to deliver high-value outcomes in complex domai ns.Exposure to data-driven or analytical systems; experience with AI/ML-related features is beneficial but not requir ed.Familiarity with CI/CD, observability, and operating production syste ms.Understanding of front-office or revenue-generating technology in an investment bank, together with knowledge of FIC products (FX, Credit, Rates, or EM), or a strong motivation to develop this domain expertise and learn sales workflo
