Your mission

You will have the opportunity to join a large-scale international project in the defense sector and become part of a team of more than twenty professionals.

This position combines Java development, Level 3 application support, maintenance, administration, deployment, and a strong focus on database management.

You will receive training on the tools, processes, and best practices required for the role, along with personalized support throughout your assignment within the team.

This position requires Defense Security Clearance and is fully onsite at the client's premises.

Your Role

  • Analyze Java code, logs, and databases
  • Develop and maintain Java applications
  • Implement temporary workarounds while permanent fixes are being developed
  • Document and capitalize on analysis and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Adhere to service level commitments and processes (SLA compliance, such as response times and incident resolution targets)
  • Ensure application monitoring and operational follow-up
  • Manage and administer databases
  • Perform deployments and execute tests
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
  • Occasionally support application robustness and performance improvement activities

Your profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role (including internships and apprenticeship programs)
  • Good customer-facing and communication skills
  • Ability to investigate issues and identify effective solutions to user problems
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes
  • Team-oriented mindset
