About the Company

Our client is a global leader in digital asset innovation, building technology that bridges traditional finance and the emerging crypto economy. Their mission is to create trusted, high-performance systems that let institutions integrate digital assets into their portfolios and operations with confidence.

Belfast has been chosen as the location for their next major engineering investment, a new global R&D hub that will anchor their international growth for years to come. This is inward investment on a serious scale, and an early hire here sits at the centre of that story, not on the periphery of it.

The Role

You'll join a brand-new engineering pod in Belfast tasked with building a real-time exchange connection layer that synchronises data across multiple cryptocurrency exchanges. This forms the backbone of a new trading platform launching next year, and you'll be one of the first engineers writing the code that defines how it's built.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
