Technical Lead

Location: London (once a month) Salary: £80,000 package + benefits Technologies: Java, TypeScript, React, Spring Boot, Cloud-native, GCP

Role Requirements

  • Hands-on engineering combined with mentoring and architectural decision-making
  • Setting technical direction for your squad and guiding sound engineering decisions
  • One-on-ones, technical reviews, and fostering team confidence and capability
  • Close collaboration with Product and Data teams, reporting to a Director of Engineering
  • A strong emphasis on delivery performance, scalability, reliability, and security
  • Clear focus on:
