Role Requirements
- Hands-on engineering combined with mentoring and architectural decision-making
- Setting technical direction for your squad and guiding sound engineering decisions
- One-on-ones, technical reviews, and fostering team confidence and capability
- Close collaboration with Product and Data teams, reporting to a Director of Engineering
- A strong emphasis on delivery performance, scalability, reliability, and security
- Clear focus on:
- Reducing cycle times
- Improving deployment frequency
- Maintaining high code quality
- Curiosity and innovation encouraged—always seeking revolutionary solutions!

Interview Process (Remote)
