Job Location: London, UK (4 days per week from office)

Job Type: Contract (6 months) / Perm

Job Description

UI Architect – React JS & Java Spring Boot Ecosystem

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Architect with deep expertise in React JS and strong backend exposure to Java Spring Boot microservices, to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance, and user-centric enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic architectural mindset, combined with hands-on experience in crafting modern, responsive front-end platforms and seamlessly integrating them with RESTful APIs and microservices-based back-end systems. You will be responsible for defining and governing UI architecture standards, ensuring consistency, scalability, and optimal performance across applications.

A distinguishing requirement of this role is proven, hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools — such as Claude Code, Cursor AI, or GitHub Copilot — in real-world production environments. This reflects our commitment to adopting AI-driven development practices to accelerate delivery, enhance developer productivity, and improve overall code quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
