Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Python + Full-Stack (JS) Developer to work on a full-time basis. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, high-quality code to train and optimize AI models. You will work with US-based companies building commercial and research AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high-quality code to train and optimize AI models.
- Conduct evaluations (evals) to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
- Lead efforts in supervised fine-tuning (SFT), including creating and maintaining high-quality, task-specific datasets.
- Collaborate with researchers and annotators to execute reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) and refine reward models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Nest.js, React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Experience writing readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Ability to conduct thorough peer reviews of code and documentation.
- Knowledge of Docker for containerization and deployment.
- Familiarity with performance measurement tools and methodologies.
