Job Description
Job Title: Javascript Developer
Job Type: Contract
Location: Remote
Job Summary
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize robust frontend solutions using advanced JavaScript techniques.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive digital interfaces.
- Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices and code quality across the team.
- Implement modern frontend frameworks and libraries to deliver scalable and maintainable applications.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously advocate for clean, efficient code.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, introducing innovative technologies and approaches to improve development workflows.

Required Skills And Qualifications
- Extensive experience building sophisticated web applications with JavaScript.
- Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and state management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to clarity and collaboration.
- Proven track record of driving frontend architecture and leading development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization and responsive design principles.
- Experience working in remote, distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience mentoring or coaching other developers.
