About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Senior Level Developer to join our remote team at Lumenalta. In this role, you will collaborate with visionary enterprise clients, tackling complex technical challenges and contributing to innovative projects that have a real-world impact. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern web development technologies such as React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and SQL. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on meaningful projects, enhance your skills, and grow within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a strong background in web development with proficiency in React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and SQL databases. A proven track record of working on scalable and complex applications is essential. Candidates must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting. Prior experience in enterprise-level projects and familiarity with Agile methodologies will be advantageous. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable with a 2-hour assessment process and able to maintain a 6-hour overlap with Eastern U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities
As a key member of our development team, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet client expectations
- Handling complex challenges, integrating emerging technologies, and ensuring the scalability and security of applications
- Participating in code reviews, contributing to technical documentation, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement
- Being proactive in communicating progress and potential issues to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of projects
