About Your Program
You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
What You'll Do
- UEFA Partnership & Sponsorship Activation: Support the delivery of Joybuy's UEFA partnership across the UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands. Co-ordinate sponsorship activation plans, manage content approval workflows with UEFA, ensure all marketing activity complies with sponsorship rights and brand guidelines, and support matchday activations where required.
- Social Media & Brand Engagement: Support the delivery of UEFA social media activity across owned and partner channels, including co-ordinating content approvals, supporting influencer activations, managing live social content during key campaign moments and helping maximise campaign reach and engagement.
- Brand Partnerships & Campaign Delivery: Support the Senior Brand Partnerships Manager in delivering integrated marketing campaigns with strategic partners including LEGO, Philips, Sony and P&G. Co-ordinate campaign timelines, approval processes and local market execution to ensure activity is delivered consistently across the UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands.
- Brand Governance & Creative Support: Support the wider Brand team with copywriting requests, review marketing assets against brand guidelines, co-ordinate approval processes and help maintain consistency across campaigns and customer touchpoints. Assist with the review of wider brand campaign assets to ensure they align with brand standards before launch.
- Campaign Reporting & Insights: Monitor campaign performance, compile post-campaign reports and analyse marketing performance data to generate insights that inform future brand and partnership activity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with local marketing teams, creative, social, PR and external agency partners to coordinate international campaigns, maintain project timelines and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned across partnership activations and brand campaigns.

About You

- Passion for brand marketing, social media and sports sponsorship, with a genuine interest in building a career in brand marketing.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when reviewing creative assets, marketing copy and approval processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the confidence to write, proofread and review marketing content for UK and European audiences.
- Interest in international marketing and an eagerness to learn how brand campaigns are planned and adapted across different European markets.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and support the creation of measurement reports.
- Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn within a fast-paced international marketing environment.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different functions, agencies and European markets.
- Open to occasional flexible approach to working hours, with willingness to support evening or weekend events where required, including UEFA matchdays and live campaign activity.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) and familiarity with social media platforms.
