About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

Alongside mentorship and learning experiences, your day-to-day role will cover responsibilities such as:

  • Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day people operations and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Assist with employee communications, documentation, and HR administrative processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and data using Excel and internal HR systems.
  • Coordinate HR projects and help ensure tasks are delivered efficiently and on time.
  • Provide general support to employees and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience.

About You

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact with employees at different levels.
  • Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail when handling data and documentation.
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to build a career in Human Resources.
