Program Overview

  • Duration: 3–6 months
  • Focus: Payroll operations, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration

Key Responsibilities

During your role, you’ll support global payroll projects in the European region, including:

  • Payroll implementation and compliance review for payroll systems
  • Benefits setup within global payroll structures
  • Data collection, validation, and appraisal to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Reporting & documentation: Preparation of payroll reports and project progress tracking
  • Data tool development: Enhancing efficiency through Excel and AI-driven automation
  • Collaboration: Partnering with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to improve processes

About You

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have recently completed studies in:

  • Human Resources
  • Business Administration
  • Finance
  • Data Analytics
  • or a related field

Key Competencies:

  • Advanced Excel proficiency; strong data analysis/reporting skills
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for data-driven solutions and efficiency gains
  • Logical reasoning, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
  • Adaptability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
  • Open to fast-paced, cross-cultural environments with effective communication
