Program Overview
- Duration: 3–6 months
- Focus: Payroll operations, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration
Key Responsibilities
During your role, you’ll support global payroll projects in the European region, including:
- Payroll implementation and compliance review for payroll systems
- Benefits setup within global payroll structures
- Data collection, validation, and appraisal to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Reporting & documentation: Preparation of payroll reports and project progress tracking
- Data tool development: Enhancing efficiency through Excel and AI-driven automation
- Collaboration: Partnering with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to improve processes

About You
Ideal candidates are pursuing or have recently completed studies in:
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
- Finance
- Data Analytics
- or a related field
Key Competencies:
- Advanced Excel proficiency; strong data analysis/reporting skills
- Ability to leverage AI tools for data-driven solutions and efficiency gains
- Logical reasoning, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
- Adaptability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
- Open to fast-paced, cross-cultural environments with effective communication
