Join our world of Luxury Jewellery on the first floor in Harrods, where timeless craftsmanship meets modern design. As a Brand Specialist, you’ll be the face of our prestigious brands, sharing your passion and knowledge with clients while delivering the exceptional service we’re known for.

About the Role

As a Brand Specialist in Jewellery, you’ll act as the face of our brands within Harrods, combining expert product knowledge with exceptional service to maximise sales and elevate the client experience.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring high standards of visual presentation, maintaining stock accuracy, and building strong client and brand relationships to consistently deliver results.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales by monitoring performance and creating monthly sales plans with key actions to improve trade
  • Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards across collections and displays
  • Carrying out stock checks, replenishment, and quality control to ensure all items are in sellable condition
  • Acting as the main point of contact with external brand representatives and educating colleagues about your brand
  • Promoting clientelling by encouraging data capture, tracking appointments, and monitoring conversion rates

About You

You will be a commercially minded and detail-driven individual with a passion for luxury jewellery. With strong product knowledge and excellent communication skills, you’ll be confident representing your brand, driving sales, and delivering outstanding service to every client. You’ll bring pride, accountability, and a proactive approach to everything you do.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally with jewellery or premium accessories
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities
  • Excellent client relationship skills with a focus on delivering world-class service
