The Role

We are looking for an experienced Client Advisor to join our team at our Westfield White City store.

As the face of UNTAMD, you will create memorable experiences for every client, build lasting relationships, and provide expert product knowledge. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets while delivering the exceptional service our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Deliver a warm, personalised experience to every client.
  • Build strong client relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Share the UNTAMD story, collections, and product knowledge with confidence.
  • Handle client enquiries, repairs, returns, and after-sales service professionally.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client information to support CRM and clienteling.

Sales & Performance

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Drive key performance indicators, including Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend complementary products.
  • Support in-store events and new collection launches.

Store Operations

  • Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Assist with stock management, inventory, deliveries, and replenishment.
  • Follow operational procedures for cash handling, packaging, and security.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment.

Teamwork

  • Work collaboratively to achieve store goals.
  • Participate in training and continuously develop product knowledge.
  • Uphold UNTAMD's values in every interaction.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' retail experience, preferably within fine jewellery, watches, luxury fashion, or premium retail.
  • Proven experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
  • Passionate about jewellery, design, and exceptional customer service.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Professional appearance with a positive, team-focused attitude.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
