As a Sales Advisor, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional client experience while driving sales and nurturing long-term relationships. You will combine deep product knowledge with a natural flair for storytelling, ensuring every client journey reflects the heritage, artistry, and exclusivity of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Commercial Performance

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets, KPIs, and conversion metrics.
  • Proactively drive average transaction value (ATV) and units per transaction (UPT).
  • Contribute to the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Capitalise on cross-selling and upselling opportunities across product categories.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain a personal client book, with consistent follow-up and relationship building to drive repeat business.
  • Deliver a personalised luxury client experience that encourages loyalty and advocacy.
  • Manage client records effectively via CRM to track preferences, purchases, and engagement.
  • Support private appointments and clienteling initiatives.

Operational & Store Standards

  • Ensure impeccable presentation of both self and boutique environment, in line with luxury retail standards.
  • Support stock management and accurate reporting to minimise loss and optimise replenishment.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and market trends within the department store.
  • Collaborate with department store partners to maximise visibility and sales opportunities.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in luxury retail (jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion/accessories preferred).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales reports and act on insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and clienteling skills.
  • Proficiency with POS and CRM systems, with experience managing client databases.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, target-driven environments while delivering exceptional service.
