Jewellery Sales Consultant - Newcastle

£26,450 starting salary + Excellent Commission Structure

Do you know how to make every customer feel special from the moment they walk through the door? Are you an experienced jewellery sales professional who can combine expert advice with a warm, personal approach?

The Role

Neve Jewels Group is looking for a Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our successful Newcastle team. This is more than simply selling jewellery. You will help customers celebrate meaningful moments, from engagements and anniversaries to unforgettable gifts.

You will take the time to understand each customer, guide them through our collections and help them find a piece they will treasure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and create an enjoyable, relaxed experience
  • Listen carefully to their needs, preferences, and budget
  • Offer knowledgeable and personal jewellery recommendations
  • Build strong knowledge of our designs, materials, and craftsmanship
  • Meet individual and team sales targets
  • Follow up with customers and handle telephone enquiries
  • Resolve questions or concerns with care and professionalism
  • Maintain the high standards expected from a luxury jewellery brand
  • Support the team with visual merchandising and store presentation

The Person

You will need at least two years’ jewellery sales experience and a strong record of achieving sales targets. You will also be:

  • Warm, confident, and approachable
  • Comfortable working with high-end clients
  • A strong listener and communicator
  • Proactive, organised, and team-focused
  • Able to learn new systems quickly
  • Calm and professional in a busy environment
  • Naturally attentive to detail and presentation
