John F. Kennedy Apartments, an Affiliate of the Cambridge Housing Authority, offers affordable independent living and assisted care services for local seniors in the City of Cambridge, Massachusetts. The renovated top-of-the-line apartment building features 44 spacious “independent” apartments for the elderly and disabled, as well as 25 apartments for seniors who want or require the option of assisted care services. John F. Kennedy Apartments also offers comfortably furnished community areas for residents’ use. These include a main dining room, library, living room, and lovely outdoor landscaped grounds with a patio. The apartment community is conveniently located just one block from the heart of Central Square in a residential neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, banks, shopping, dining, and places of worship.

A variety of floor plans and handicapped-accessible apartments are available.
Residents also enjoy full use of our many comfortable indoor and outdoor community spaces, including a lovely landscaped patio with umbrella tables. Active seniors may take advantage of an easy walk to Central Square and nearby public transportation.
