Assistant Store Manager – Prestige Beauty Retail
About the Role
We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to take a leading role in the success of the store/counter, supporting the Store Manager to:
- Lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates.
- Achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven supervisory, coaching, and retail operations skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
- The ability to inspire, mentor, and lead team members to reach their full potential.
- Performance-orientated mindset with an eye for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Proven retail experience, ideally within cosmetics.
- Previous supervisory experience with a history of coaching/mentoring to meet sales/customer service targets.
- Hands-on experience in retail operations, including:
- Inventory management
- Cash reconciliation
- Ability to work flexible hours—days, nights, weekends, and special events, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Use of retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
