Assistant Store Manager – Prestige Beauty
We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to play a leading role in the success of the store/counter by supporting the Store Manager to:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates
- Achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets

- Proven supervisory, coaching, and retail operations skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment
- An ambitious, high-performing, self-starting mindset

Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service
- Coach and mentor teams to meet sales and customer service targets
- Oversee retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Manage retail point-of-sale software

Requirements
☑ Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics ☑ Previously held supervisory roles with a proven coaching/mentoring track record ☑ Retail operations expertise, including inventory and cash handling ☑ Ability to work all retail hours in a fast-paced environment ☑ Experience with retail point-of-sale software ☑ Proficiency in Microsoft Office ☑ Right to live and work in the country (if invited for interview)
