Stylist (Make-up Artist) – Jo Malone London x The Estée Lauder Companies

About the Role

As one of our highly skilled make-up artists, you will combine your creative and technical expertise—alongside your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences—to create a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store environment that educates and delights our customers.

You will collaborate with a high-performing team to produce memorable in-store events, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure the boutique consistently stands out against competitors. If you’re a dynamic, self-motivated individual looking for a progressive career in the prestige beauty industry, this role offers an exciting starting point with a leader in the sector.

While certification in make-up artistry or retail make-up experience is desirable, we actively welcome candidates with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate high creative and technical ability. At Jo Malone London, we value diversity of thought and backgrounds and provide:

  • Excellent training and development
  • A competitive remuneration and benefits package
  • A supportive culture that fosters growth

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, designing authentic make-up and grooming consultations.
  • Be the "host with the most"—entertaining global visitors, corporate clients, and media with creativity and warmth, from hand-and-arm massages to wedding preparations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
