Your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding customer service while hitting sales and service targets. You’ll also:
- Maintain the store environment
- Assist in opening/closing operations
- Support housekeeping and daily operations
- Align with individual sales and service goals
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty.
- Maximize sales performance and drive productivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance boutique experiences.
- Execute in-store events to engage and retain customers.
- Monitor stock and inventory to ensure high availability.
- Maintain high visual merchandising (VM) standards and uphold a polished appearance.
- Provide competitive insights on rival brands for an omnichannel retail strategy.
- Adhere to Jo Malone grooming and brand guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Formal certification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up expertise is preferred. Even amateur-level artists with proven creative and technical skills are considered if they can demonstrate inspiring, authentic service.
- Customer Service: Proof of exceptional interpersonal abilities to engage with customers in-person and authentically.
- Retail Excellence: Composure in a fast-paced environment, including late shifts, weekends, and special events.
- Retail Tech: Familiarity with retail point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Work Authorisation: Must provide proof of eligibility for employment in the country prior to interview.
