Senior Make-Up Artist – Retail Position
Join a prestige beauty leader to transform our stores with creativity and excellence!
As part of our esteemed team, you will blend your make-up artistry skills with a passion for customer experience to deliver an inspirational and personalized in-store journey. Your role goes beyond application—you’ll:
- Educate and delight customers with expert techniques and bespoke makeup Touches.
- Partner with colleagues to drive high-impact in-store events and maintain elite visual merchandising standards.
- Represent our brand with authenticity, enhancing our competitive edge in luxury beauty.
About the Role

No formal make-up certification is required if you can demonstrate high-level expertise—whether professionally or enthusiastically— paired with strong retail experience or a willingness to learn rapidly.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer-facing make-up consultations and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with teams on staff events, openings, and promotions to drive engagement.
- Uphold visual merchandising excellence to elevate store aesthetics and brand perception.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and special events, in a dynamic setting.
- Support retail operations, including familiarisation with POS (Point-of-Sale) software.
Key Requirements
- Proven technical and creative proficiency in make-up application (certification preferable but not mandatory if self-taught or experienced).
- Exceptional ability to foster memorable, personalized customer experiences.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with all shifts, including peak periods.
- Retail POS software experience (essential if invited for interview).
- Valid proof of legal right to work in the country, if shortlisted.
