Head Stylist (Wellness Boutique) – Jo Malone London

About the Role

At Jo Malone London, bringing the brand’s generosity to life within our boutiques through exceptional customer service is paramount. Fragrant fun, curiosity, and kindness define the experience. In this role, you will be the host with the most, entertaining visitors from across the globe and showcasing The World of Jo Malone London™. Creativity is the daily ethos—from signature Hand & Arm massage services to wedding consultations, where you’ll help bottle memories. From floral crowns and interactive art experiences to chocolate tasting and cocktail masterclasses, our unique services and events create buzz.

The primary responsibility? Delivering outstanding customer service while meeting service goals. Additional duties include maintaining the store environment, assisting with opening/closing, and housekeeping whilst aligning with individual sales and service targets.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Deliver exceptional customer service – Enhance visitor experiences with warmth and insight
  • Maximise sales performance – Meet and exceed productivity goals
  • Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues to ensure seamless operations
  • Support in-store events – Event execution and engagement to elevate the brand
  • Stock and inventory awareness – Monitor supplies and availability
  • Maintain high VM (Visual Merchandising) standards – Present a polished, inviting boutique
  • Stay aware of competitor activity – Drive an omnichannel approach to support brand growth
  • Adhere to Brand grooming guidelines – Represent brand elegance in appearance and presentation
  • Ensure high standards of housekeeping – Keep the boutique clean and welcoming

Key Qualifications:

✔ Ability to provide authentic, personalised customer service ✔ Flexibility – Willing to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and special events ✔ Proof of right to live and work in the country (required for interview stages)

Beneficial but not mandatory: ✔ Experience in hospitality, wellness, or high-end retail environments ✔ Familiarity with organised sales targets and motivational techniques
